The Fine Print Limited Lifetime Warranty
The Limited Lifetime Warranty Applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Limit one per address. iProfessionals inc, is hereafter replied to as iPi. The Battery Back up is not covered under this warranty, however APC’s manufactures warranty will be in effect. This warranty will cover parts and labor on all the case and internal components including cooling fans, power supplies, mother boards, processors, memory, video network and audio cards, hard drives, optical drives, Card readers, floppy drives and other devices installed at the time of the initial order provided all other areas of this warranty are complied with. Initial installation of the new PC and Battery Backup must be performed by an iPi Technician (at no additional cost for the local West Valley Area) or a CompTIA A+ certified Technician. (Technician credentials to be verified by iPi) The warranty will be void if any security labels, stickers or tags have been altered, triggered, removed, or tampered with in any way. This warranty will be void if the iPi serial number label is removed. iPi will not be responsible for any lost data on any unlikely hard drive failures. Proper data backup is the responsibility of the PC owner. This warranty does not cover theft, fire, flood or physical abuse and/or misuse. This warranty does not cover liquid intrusion such as coffee, water, soda, or any other liquid. This warranty applies to OEM systems only. Overclocking of any device through the BIOS, software, and/or hardware or by any other means, will void this warranty in its entirety. This warranty applies to the PC only and does not apply to any peripherals such as printers, scanners, copiers, or, external hard drives, external optical drives, memory drives, pointing devices, keyboards, monitors, external modems, routers, hubs, docking stations, or any other devices externally connected to the PC.
