Standard Rates (Comercial and Residental)

There is no travel fee to or from local job sites (local being a 45 mile radius from Avondale, AZ) Rates are billed as a one hour minimum for first hour and on quarter hour increments thereafter. For distances more than 45 miles, the hourly rate for drive time is $15.00 per hour. Drive times are figured by leagal driving speeds and distance. Delays in travel due to excessive traffic or construction are not billed to our customers. Normal rates will be billed after arrival on site. If overnight stay is required or necessary, Customer will be billed the hotel rate plus a daily per diem rate of $30.00 per day. Hotels will generally be in the same class of Motel 6, & Travel Lodge.
